The Shopfloor
Never Forgets

Remembers Everything

Every incident, RECORDED
Every lesson, LEARNT
Every pattern, SURFACED.

We're building something for manufacturing operations that we're not ready to talk about publicly yet. If the same problems keep repeating on your shop floor, if something always seems to get lost between one shift and the next, or if good ideas from the floor rarely go anywhere — we'd like to hear from you."

What we're building

Something the shop floor
has never had before.

We can't share the details yet. Here's the shape of the problem we're solving.

🏭
For Mid-Market Manufacturing
Built specifically for mid-market manufacturers — auto components, engineering, pharma, food processing. Built for the realities of this region.
🗣️
Built for Every Person on the Floor
Designed for the person doing the work, not just the person reading the report. We built this with the full range of the Manufacting shop floor in mind — not a narrow slice of it.
🧠
Nothing Gets Lost
Every plant has institutional knowledge that walks out the door at the end of a shift — or when someone retires. We think that's solvable.
What we learned

We talked to 100+ senior
manufacturing leaders first.

Before writing a line of code, we asked DGMs, GMs, and Plant Heads across India/Gulf/Asia-Pacific what was actually broken on their floors.

67%
still rely on paper for something that should be digital by now
72%
told us a preventable issue happened more than once because information didn't reach the right person
84%
have a process for capturing good ideas from the floor — and admit it doesn't really work
18/18
said they'd want to see what we're building once it's ready
The Founding Team

Three founders who have
lived this problem themselves.

We didn't come to manufacturing from a slide deck. We came from the shop floor, the engineering bench, and two decades of teaching plants how to improve.

"The effort on the shopfloor has never been the problem. Memory is. We built Vyasa, so nothing depends on someone remembering"
Why Vyasa?

A name we didn't
pick lightly.

In Ancient tradition, Vyasa is remembered as the one who took something vast, scattered, and spoken, and turned it into something permanent. Not by simplifying it. By organising it.

That idea — that the right structure can preserve what would otherwise be lost — is the thread running through everything we're building. We won't say more than that yet. But the name isn't a decoration. It's a promise about how we think the company should behave.

We'd rather you judge us on what we ship than on what the name implies. When we're ready to show you, the name will make a lot more sense than it does today.

Why now

The timing finally
makes sense.

01
The technology has finally caught up with the problem
Certain capabilities that would have made this impractical to build even two years ago are now mature enough to do reliably. The gap between what the shop floor needs and what technology can deliver has closed significantly — and we intend to use it
02
Compliance pressure is rising
Tightening data protection regulations and increasingly strict OEM audit standards across the region mean manufacturers can no longer rely on paper trails and good intentions. Plants need a real, verifiable record — and they need it soon.
03
Nobody has built this for the mid-market
The tools that exist were built for narrow use cases. The mid-market manufacturer all across — running multiple shifts, supplying global OEMs, operating with lean teams — has largely been left out of the conversation.
If this sounds like your plant,
we'd like to talk.

We're working closely with a small number of manufacturers before we open this up more broadly. If you're curious, reach out — no pitch, just a conversation.
